Welcome to the Ministries page! Below is a list of different ministries that you have the opportunity to be apart of. Being involved in a ministry can not only be a good way for you to grow closer to God and others, but it also a great way to help others mature in their faith.
A.C.T.S. Youth Ministry
A.C.T.S. (Action for Christ Through Service) is a weekly Wednesday evening Preschool -12 program that offers spiritual growth for our children and youth as they experience Christian love through this special time of learning and activities. Our A.C.T.S. ministry meets every Wednesday that school is in session
beginning at 6:30pm.
UMW Women's Ministry
The UMW (United Methodist Women) at Newbern FUMC meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 1:30 pm for an opportunity to plan, discuss and share while supporting local and global missions.
SENIOR LADIES Game Day
Senior ladies game day meets on the 3rd Wednesday at 11:30 AM each month. It is open to all women of senior age to spend a day each month playing games, enjoying each other's company, lunching together, laughing and sharing a special time of fellowship. Church Family and Friends Fellowship Gatherings are planned throughout the year.
